Felony charge for driver who dozed off, hit tree
Jose Najera-Carrizalez, 19, of the 500 block of Morton Avenue, Aurora, was charged with aggravated drunken driving after he fell asleep and crashed into a pole and a tree in the 400 block of Illinois Avenue on Sunday, prosecutors said.

My building is smaller than yours but built in a similar fashion with trusses just at the poles (2 at each pole). They are "ag" trusses and the engineering data says that they are NOT designed to carry a bottom load. I didn't care when I built it but now I would like to have a ceiling. So far I've come up with a suspended ceiling which could be hung off of the roof purlins. I'm trying to find out how much strength I'd gain if I "boxed" the trusses with plywood. If I can do it without the roof falling on my head I'd put metal up there. I'm retired from the architectural sheet metal biz so it would be a natural for me.
